Gluten Free Pancakes

These are delicious and so easy!

Here is a list of the ingredients:

1 ½ cups of Almond meal

2 cups Rice flour

½ cup arrowroot flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 egg

1 dollop of cream

Mix well and add a little water or milk just in case it’s all too dry and you decide not to use egg/cream.

Make them and eat them as soon as possible. Try them with your own home made apricot jam!

If there are any leftovers just cover with a tea towel and have them later.
